Teaching Philosophy

"Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire."
- William Butler Yeats

天生的好奇心

Key Tenets of My Teaching Philosophy

Inspiring Curiosity

Inspire a sense of wonder and inquiry in diverse students. By presenting information not as a stagnant pool of data but as a constellation of interconnected ideas, I aim to nurture a thirst for understanding that propels them toward independent exploration.

Fostering Critical Thinking

Education should empower students to analyze, question, and think critically. I encourage an environment where students engage with material thoughtfully, challenging assumptions, and developing the analytical skills necessary for navigating an ever-evolving world.

Individualized Learning

Recognizing the unique strengths and potentials of each student, I tailor my approach to accommodate diverse learning styles by scaffolding and differentiation teaching strategy . Education is a personalized experience, and I strive to provide the sparks that resonate uniquely with each learner.

Cultivating a Love for Learning

Beyond the classroom, my goal is to instill a love for learning that extends into all facets of life. I want my students to view education not as a series of tasks to complete but as a lifelong journey filled with excitement, discovery, and intellectual growth.
